Man In High Speed Chase Refuses To Pull Over, Case DismissedSep 16, 2015, by Case Results in
A 20-year-old Michigan man contacted the criminal defense attorneys at Davis Law Group after he was involved in a high-speed police chase. The man was driving a motorcycle and refused to pull over when ordered by officers. Traveling at speed of over 130 mph, he was a danger to those around him.
The man eventually surrendered and was arrested on the spot. With no criminal history, the man knew if convicted of the felony, he would surely lose his job.
It was at this point the man decided it was in his best interest to get legal help from Davis Law Group. With Davis’ wide range of experience in these types of cases, he was able to successfully negotiate for a misdemeanor plea under HYTA. After three successful months of probation the case will be dismissed and the charge will not be on his record.
The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
