- Assault with Intent to Commit 2nd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct — A conviction for this form of sexual assault is a felony punishable by up to 5 years in prison. In a nutshell, 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct involves unwanted sexual touching, often involving coercion, or a victim who is a minor, a person with a disability, or someone over whom you exercise some form of power, such as a teacher and a student.
