Concealed Weapons Charges Reduced

Recently, a young man in Detroit was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed weapon. The client had a prior weapons charge adjudicated through HYTA (Holmes Young Trainee Act) and was told by his previous attorney that the new charge could not be adjudicated. He faced up to five years in prison. Wanting to avoid incarceration and a felony on his record, he reached out to Davis Law Group PLLC for help.
